Eric R. Petty pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 365 days. Fine and cost: $368.
Joshua B. Collis pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $178.
Eric B. Blankenship pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed; drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.
Eric B. Blankenship pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed; probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
Heidi A. Campbell pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; probation; restitution to Wal-Mart to be determined. Fine and cost: $178.
Luke E. Allee pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $568.
