The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
May 13
Kimberly A. Moorehead pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 20 days executed and 345 days suspended; 345 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; restitution to victim for out-of-pocket damage to vehicle; $80.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.
May 14
Bobby A. Mack Jr. pleaded guilty to being an operator never licensed; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Jennifer R. Richardson pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 102 days in jail with 102 days executed; restitution to victim for unrecovered property to be determined; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.
Christopher W. Ford pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Donna J. Dixon pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
