Jan 26

May 6

Patricia M. Bryan pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.

Karson G. Grimes pleaded guilty to minor consumption; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Steven R. Horton pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a minor passenger, felony; sentenced to 730 days in jail with 92 days executed and 638 days suspended; 638 days drug and alcohol probation; 365 days home detention; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock Count court case. Fine and cost: $768.

Diana S. Estes pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $243. Fine and cost: $768.
