Gallery celebrates Dr. Seuss anniversary

INDIANAPOLIS — To commemorate the 75th anniversary of Dr. Seuss’ book, “The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins,” the J.S. Yopp Gallery at 8701 Keystone Crossing will feature an exhibit of Dr. Seuss’ 60 years of illustrations and artwork and his collection of hats.

The opening ceremony for the event is at noon Friday.

Also arriving with this exhibit are the “Green Eggs and Ham: Would You? Could You? In a Car” serigraph prints signed by racecar driver Jeff Gordon. The proceeds of the sale of the prints will benefit the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation, which seeks to find a cure for pediatric cancer.
