Alzheimer’s association to offer education programs

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter will host a panel of dementia experts from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Hancock Regional Hospital in the Bobby Keen Classroom, 801 N. State St., Greenfield.

These experts will share information and answer questions from family members and professionals in an open forum setting. The panel will consist of Dr. Stan Szwast from Hancock Regional Hospital, Dustin Ziegler from the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter, Deanna Miller, social worker from Hancock Regional Hospital and Tara DeBoo from Central Indiana Council on Aging.

There are no fees to attend the panel or programs, but registration is requested by contacting the Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 Helpline at 800-272-3900.
