Winners of the 2015 Annual Will Vawter Art Competition were announced April 10 at a reception for the artists. The winners are:
Best of Show: Ann Johnson
First place: Sylvia Gray
Second place: Carol Strock Wasson
Third Place: Donna Shortt
Merit awards: Ruth Howell, Karen Stanley, Marilee Klosterman
Honorable mention: Kathy Blankenheim, Mary Ann Davis, Matt Katz, Larry Rudolech, Donna Shortt, Steve Warner, Carol Strock Wassen
Many of the paintings are available for purchase in this 120-piece show, which will hang until May 8. The Twenty North Gallery is open Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Friday, noon to 4 p.m.; and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or by appointment. Call 317-477-7664 for more information.
