Freda L. Dudley, 65, of Knightstown, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015, at her residence. She was born Aug. 17, 1949, in Knightstown, a daughter of Fred and Anna Faye (Van Dyne) Murray.
Freda retired from Mayhill Publications (now Mid Country Media) in 2014, after over 30 years of service. She was a member of the Knightstown United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir. She enjoyed cooking, watching sports, traveling and especially loved spending time with her family.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 44 years, Daniel T. Dudley of Knightstown; sons Thomas “Kyle” (Laura) Dudley of Kettering, Ohio, Andrew Ryan “Andy” (Mandy) Dudley of Frankfort, Indiana; daughter Kelly Nichole Dudley of Indianapolis; grandchildren Jessica Lynn, Justin Edward, Alaina Grace and Brock Nolan; sister Marka Lee (Larry) Eckhardt of Darlington, South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Dee Ann Wilkinson.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2015, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at the Knightstown United Methodist Church with Pastor Curt Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery.
