Paula Rae (Mooney) Phillips, 64, of Greenfield, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born on Nov. 15, 1950, in Spencer, Iowa, the daughter of D. Douglas and Hazel F. (Brott) Mooney.
Paula is survived by her mother, Hazel F. Mooney; brother, Norman (Ilze) Mooney of Martinsville, Ind.; five sisters, Joyce (David) Hodges of Indianapolis, Marlys (Mike) Shields of Bloomington, Ind., Susan (Larry) Kendrick of Indianapolis, Aleta (Andrew) Frye of Rogers, Ark., and Beth (Curtis) Benninghoff of Midland, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard C. Phillips and father, D. Douglas Mooney.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Christian Tabernacle, 802 South Franklin Road, Indianapolis, IN 46239. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 1 p.m. Reverend Kent Jordan and Reverend Paul Mooney will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
