Jeanne (Trulock) List, 87, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, at Brandywine Golden Living in Greenfield. She was born on Oct. 15, 1927, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Jeanne was the daughter of William E and Dora (Watson) Trulock. Jeanne married Howard L. List on Oct. 22, 1975 in Indianapolis.
Jeanne graduated from Shortridge High School in 1946. She worked for Keystone Health Care, Indiana Brace, and Westminister Villiage. She owned and operated the Hen’s Nest crafts store in Greenfield. She was a member of Greenfield Christian Church as well as the Red Hat Society. Jeanne’s historic home was on the Greenfield Garden Tour and also the Greenfield Christmas Tour.
Jeanne is survived by her husband of 39 years, Howard List; daughters, Carolyn (Gene) Davis, Joann (Dean) Felker, and Susan Bowers; sister, Jan Englebright; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and her friends and shopping buddies.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her son, James Bowers; sister, Norma Swanson; brother, Harold Trulock; and granddaughter, Sarah Bowers.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, with calling one hour prior to the service at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. John Dimmick will be officiating.
