Donna F. Scott, 70, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, at her daughter's residence. She was born Dec. 6, 1943, in Lebanon, the daughter of Ralph and Jean (Rumple) Keller. She married Larry Scott in 1962, and he preceded her in death on May 10, 1992.
Donna graduated from Morristown High School in 1961 and attended Indiana Business College.
She worked in human resources at Detriot Steel Products in Morristown from February 1975 to June 2006. Donna then worked at various jobs including Major Hospital from 2012 to 2014 in the Medical Specialty Clinic and medical records.
She enjoyed going to casinos and river boats. Donna's favorite leisure activity was spending time with her grandchildren and attending their activities.
Survivors include her daughter, Annette Scott-Croft of Shelbyville; son, Douglas (Jennifer) Scott of Shelbyville; sister, Wilma (Jan) Keffaber of Morristown; grandchildren, Collin Croft, Brenna Croft, Kyle Scott, Jordan Scott and Katelynne Scott. She also leaves behind her dog and buddy, Sophie.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, David Keller.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014, at the funeral home, with Bill Farmer officiating. Interment will be at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.
