Arthur Douglas Mayberry, Jr., also known as Doug Mayberry and Dougie Mayberry, 45, passed away Oct. 11, 2014. He was born on May 14, 1969, in Dayton, Ohio, to Arthur and Kim (Hull) Mayberry.
Survived by his parents; son, Cody Mayberry; sister, Michelle Mayberry; brother, Shawn (Jamie) Mayberry; a nephew and two nieces.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Bridget (Collins) Mayberry.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church at 1450 W. Main Street, Greenfield Indiana. Pastor Ronnie Dunn, of Cookeville Tenn., will deliver the service.
