Hassel A. Hubbard, 73, of Greenfield, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at Community North. He was born on Jan. 7, 1941, in Wise, Va., as the son of Clyde and Ettie Ruth (Sandlin) Hubbard. He married Farrel Sue (Belcher) on July 14, 1960, in Indianapolis.
Hassel is survived by his children, Mark A. (Pete Chiccarino) Hubbard of Sabina, Ohio, Sue A. (Keith) Mahle of Culpeper, Va., and Michele R. Bogan of Greenfield; brother, Donald Charles (Darlene) Hubbard of Indianapolis; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Ettie Ruth Hubbard; wife, Farrel Sue Hubbard; son, Monty D. Hubbard; one grandson; and brother, Ronald Lee Hubbard.
There will be a private graveside service at Park Cemetery.
