Loretta M. Chichuk, 88, Cumberland, died May 5, 2014. She was born March 11, 1926.
Loretta was an Avon Representative for over 25 years. She enjoyed her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Alyson (Tim) Livengood, Alexander Chichuk II, Alicia (Jim) Besinger, Alanna (Sam) Prazeau and Alaric Chichuk; seven grandchildren.
Loretta is preceded in death by her daughter, Alexis Storm and husband, of 64 years, Alexander Chichuk.
Family and friends will gather 1-3 p.m. May 12, 2014, at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 3 p.m.
