Mary Helen Edwards, 60, of Greenfield, died Tuesday morning, April 1, 2014, at Hancock Regional Hospital Hospice Unit. She was born March 28, 1954, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Carl E. and Josephine (McAllister) Hynes.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Amos Edwards of Greenfield; son, Rory Gannon of Franklin; five daughters, Cara (Jerry) Foster of Tompkinsville, Ky., Lynda (Joaquin) Lopez of Indianapolis, Lydia (Isaiah) Edwards of Indianapolis, Elizabeth Edwards of Arcadia, Tara Rae Ann Edwards of Greenfield; twelve grandchildren; three sisters, Barbara Powers of Greensburg, Carol (Mike) Albert of Zionsville, Patricia (Rick) Ours of Knightstown.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brian Gannon.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2014, at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown with Pastor Danny Curry officiating. Services have been entrusted to Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson.
