Donald “Don” Cavanaugh, 93, of Greenfield, passed away March 6, 2014. Don was born May 9, 1920, in De Smet, South Dakota to the late John and Mildred Cavanaugh.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Helen; daughter, Sandy Ertel; three grandchildren, Allen Hill, Mike (Lisa) Fleetwood, Kristi (A.J.) Lewman; five great grandchildren, Isabel, Amelia, and Clara Fleetwood, Kayli and Lexi Lewman.
He was preceded in death by his son, Mike L. Fleetwood; two brothers, Leigh and Dale.
A visitation will be held from Noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2014, followed by a service at 2 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
