Patricia Kay Hazelbaker, 45, Noblesville, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville following a brief illness. She was born on Jan. 18, 1968, in Anderson, to Willie and Jean (Elsten) Flowers.
She is survived by her husband, of 26 years, Timothy Hazelbaker; four children, Amanda (Corey) Hall, T. J. (Kendra) Hazelbaker, Tosha Hazelbaker, and Travis Hazelbaker all of Noblesville; five grandchildren; five sisters, Cindy Sutton, Barbara Wright, Carol Isenhower, Donna Earlywine, and Leila Castor; and one brother, Jody Castor.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kristopher Dallace Hazelbaker; and a sister, Rita Earlywine.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastor John Freed officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
