Robert C. "Bob" Bonnewell
Robert C. "Bob" Bonnewell, 76, Camby, formerly of Greenfield, died August 15, 2013. Mr. Bonnewell was born June 2, 1937, in Patricksburg, Indiana to the late Chester Bonnewell and Emma Schuler.
He graduated from Patricksburg High School and spent many years working as a truck driver. Mr. Bonnewell had been employed at International Harvester and Union Carbide, where he was a member of Local Union 135. He retired from Frontier Trucking as an owner/operator. In addition, Mr. Bonnewell enjoyed John Deere tractors, farming, caring for animals, and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Reed Bonnewell; and one brother, William Bonnewell.
Survivors include his son, Mark (Lisa) Bonnewell of Camby; brother, John (Debbie) Bonnewell; sister, Elizabeth Smith; grandchildren, Allan, Jeffery, and Sarah Bonnewell; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Bonnewell.
The funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Lyman Taylor on Sunday, August 18, 2013, at 3 p.m., in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 12 – 3 p.m.
