William H. Dodt, 87, of Greenfield, passed away March 12, 2013. He was born April 16, 1925 in Royal Center, Ind.
William was a proud veteran serving in the Marines. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star Medals. He worked many years at Bud Wolfe Chevrolet, retiring in 1984. He was married 68 years to his lovely wife Pharol, who he cherished and loved dearly.
He is survived by his wife Pharol,; grandson, Jeremy Dodt; and sister- in- law, Sandra (Jerry) Linder.
He is preceded in death by son, Danny Dodt.
Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., on Monday, March 18, 2013, at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, Ind., with a memorial service beginning at 2 p.m. Entombment will take place at Washington Park East Cemetery.
