Sara Josephine Tuttle, 92, of Kokomo; formerly of Pendleton, passed away at 3 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, in Northwoods Village, Kokomo.  Born Aug. 19, 1920, she is the daughter of the late Curtis Hinkle and Goldie (Roberts) Hinkle.

She married Jack D. Tuttle, and he preceded her in death in 1982. She was a homemaker; also worked at Tankees Drug Store in Pendleton. She was a member of First Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Kokomo.

She is survived by one daughter, Sondra Parr of Kokomo; two grandchildren, David Parr and Rebecca Parr; nine great- grandchildren, Amber Parr, Mary Parr, Kimberly Parr, Jacob Parr, Sarah Churchill, Heaven Fite, Krissa Parr, Abigail Parr, and Isabelle Parr; one nephew, Darwin McCallian of Washington, D.C; one niece, Gail Marie Hinkle of Greenfield.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, in Anderson Memorial Park. There will be no public visitation.

Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association or to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, Kokomo, Ind., is handling arrangements.
