Phyllis Ann (Fager) Ellison, of Greenfield and formerly of Shelbyville, died on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Kindred Transitional Care. Phyllis was born in Andrews (Huntington County), Ind., on April 24, 1924, to Ruth (Jackson) Fager and Dr. James C. Fager.
Phyllis Ellison is survived by her dear friends and caregivers, Larry and Priscilla McGuire.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her father, James C. Fager; her husband, Judge Robert (Bob) D. Ellison (Feb. 15, 1984); and her mother Ruth (Jackson) Fager (Oct. 7, 1984).
