David M. Whitesell, 67, died on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, at Kindred Healthcare in Greenfield, after a long time illness with Alzheimer’s. Born on Sept. 23, 1944, in Warsaw, Ind., he was the son of Richard and Juanita (Valentine) Whitesell.
Surviving David are his sons, Michael Whitesell of Warsaw, and Adam Whitesell of Indianapolis; daughters, Jenny Whitesell of Warsaw, Jackie Whitesell, M.D. of Boise, Idaho, and Kristie Whitesell of Noblesville,
Preceding him in death were his parents; and brother, Richard Douglas Whitesell.
