Lois Jean Michael, age 70, of Anderson, Ind. passed away on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at Community Hospital in Anderson, following a brief illness.
She was born on Oct. 10, 1941, in Greenfield, the daughter of Donald and Ruby (Becraft) Lowder. She was a homemaker and had worked for ALAC and as a waitress at Jim Dandy.
She is survived by two sons, Robert (Jeanie) Mayhugh of Markleville, Ind., James (Cathy) Mayhugh of Anderson, Ind.; son in law, Randy Henderson of Texas; sister, Pearl Pugh a of Anderson, Ind.; brother, Robert (Lee) Lowder of Anderson, Ind.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Michael in 1996; and a daughter, Cynthia Henderson in 2011.
Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
