Alice Coomer, age 54, of Shirley, Ind., died on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Ind. She was born on Aug. 31, 1957, in Tampa, Fla., to Virginia A. Wilt and the late Ralph T. Wilt Sr.
Survivors include daughter; Stacey (Brad) Coomer of Carthage; son, Dustin Coomer of Shirley; sisters, Margaret (Burl) Philyaw of N.C., Thelma (Mark) Lamaster of Noblesville, Ind., and Mary Jane (Kevin) Green of Munster, Ind.; brothers, Ralph (Lori) Wilt of Charlottesville, Albert (Mary) Wilt of New Castle; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Tutrow; and daughter, Lori Tutrow.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson, Ind. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery.
