Dennis G. Stephens, age 59, a resident of Greensburg, Ind. and former resident of Greenfield, passed away on Friday Aug. 26, 2011, at his residence. He was born on April 29, 1952, in Greenfield, to the late Cecil E. and Elena Page (Gossage) Stephens.
He was retired from Hunt Paving of Indianapolis and was a member of the Eagles of Greenfield.
He is survived by his son, Jason (Alisha) Stephens of Greenfield; daughters, Samantha Stephens, Jessica Stephens, both of Indianapolis; step-children, Dina, Nikki, Jeremiah, and Bridget; brothers, Earl Stephens, Kenny Stephens, and Bruce Stephens; sisters, Jeanette Archibald, Rosemary Anderson, and Becky Green; grandchildren, Rockelle, Sasha, Kadin, Journie, and Jase; and 10 step-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. A memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at the funeral home.
