Why are you running for office?

I am seeking the privilege of public office to be a fresh voice that will continue to elevate and grow our community, while also staying focused on the quality of life we will have during this time of growth.

How are you qualified?

As a lifelong resident of the Greenfield community now raising a family of my own, I have experienced the struggles with our growth, and I am interested in helping the city grow while still maintaining our quality of life. The desire to help solve these issues gives me the motivation to serve on the city council.

What are the most pressing issues facing Greenfield?

Greenfield is already experiencing growth, and due to that growth, we are experiencing a lack of amenities such as supermarkets and pharmacies. We are facing potential overcrowding of green space and schools. Mental health and substance use access to treatment and rehabilitation. With growth comes continual traffic issues as well.

Do you support increasing the general tax rate for the Greenfield Fire Protection Territory? Why or why not?

I don’t support a tax increase at this time. I would need to investigate why all the new growth isn’t increasing the funding for our fire department or bringing in enough revenue to expand the fire department.
