The state of Indiana recently filed a case against the following person in Hancock County Circuit Court:
Sept. 7
Gwendolen R. Fenton, unlawful possession of a firearm by serious violent felon, escape where defendant violates a home detention order and removes an electronic monitoring device, possession of marijuana.
