GREENFIELD – Wellspring Center is starting mental health groups for adults and youth.
Adult groups start Tuesday, Aug. 9 for those living with mental health difficulties and disorders; family members caring for those with mental health difficulties and disorders; people recovering from drugs, alcohol or other addictive behaviors; and those facing trauma. Divorce Care and GriefShare groups also begin this month.
Wellspring groups for youth starting Aug. 9 include Redefine Grace, a 10-week program for students addressing physical, emotional, relational and spiritual needs; and Divorce Care for Kids ages 6 to 12.
