PENDLETON
Julie Ann (Cleland) Conroy, age 54, of Pendleton, passed away Monday, June 27, 2022 at her home. Born on September 16, 1967, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Sharon (Madison) Reeves and Michael Cleland Sr. She was a 1985 Greenfield-Central High School graduate.
She worked as a receptionist at Hancock Counseling and Clean Slate for many years as well as an in-home caregiver at Senior Helpers. Julie was a member at Brandywine Community Church. In her free time, she enjoyed tending to her flowers and reading. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Julie is survived by her spouse and true love, Tom Conroy of Pendleton; daughter, Rachel Day (Paul) of Greenfield; grandchildren, Asher and Henry; sister, Carla Scroggins (Josh) of Greenfield; niece, Darian Gossett of Greenfield; and nephew, Gavin Scroggins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, William and Marjorie Madison.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary &Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at the mortuary on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown.
