Rodney Alexander Conningham, strangulation, confinement, domestic battery, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, criminal mischief.
Janis Kay Libonati, domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.
James Slaughter, resisting law enforcement.
Joel R. Miller, leaving the scene of an accident, defendant crashes into an unattended car.
Joshua Lee Hayes, auto theft.
Feb. 15
Operating a vehicle while intoxi-
cated endangering a person.
Richard Allen Jessie, theft with a prior conviction, auto theft.
Christopher Sullivan, theft.
Deztani Marie Jones, possession of a narcotic drug, marijuana, and paraphernalia; driving while suspended, improper or no turn signals.

Gerardo Rosales, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Stacy A. Franklin, possession of marijuana.
Ty Ashton Franklin, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and paraphernalia.

Christopher White, theft with a prior conviction for robbery or burglary; possession of paraphernalia.
