Jason Isaac Padgett, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication, leaving the scene of an accident, unreasonable noise.
Andreajane Barrett Wilkey, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving left of center.
