County GOP plans workshop for candidates

GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Republican Party will play host to a campaign workshop on Jan. 15 at Brandywine Community Church offering training to officeholders and prospective candidates.

The event is open to all county Republicans interested in a run for office. It is free to attend, and lunch will be provided. Attendees will receive training on developing a campaign plan, fundraising and getting the vote out from Sen. Mike Crider and Rep. Bob Cherry of Greenfield along with Megan Umlauf of Cardinal Consulting, a campaign consultant and veteran of the Mitch Daniels reelection campaign.
