Dieudace Aphy, 31, 3000 block of Nobscot Court, Indianapolis, faces charges of driving while intoxicated-bodily injury; leaving the scene of a crash.
Cody Dean Clark, 27, 400 block of White Street, Shirley, faces charges of unlawful possession of a syringe; two counts of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid; possession of a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance; possession of methamphetamine; operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person.
