GREENFIELD — Greenfield-Central High School will have a vaccination clinic during the school day on Friday, Sept. 10.
Students can receive a number of vaccines required by the state, as well as various types of COVID vaccines.
A parent or guardian must give consent online, and the child’s immunization record will be reviewed via phone with a parent or guardian prior to any vaccines being administered. Available vaccines include:
Tdap, Hepatitis A and B, HiB, Polio, Influenza, MMR, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Meningococcal and Meningococcal B (Meningitis); Pneumococcal and Varicella.
Children 12 and older may receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Those 18 and older can also receive the Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson shot. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are two-dose regimens.
Those who wish to have their child participate should complete the consent and questionnaire online at patients.vaxcare.com/registration, and use code IN10647.
The deadline to register is noon Thursday, Sept. 9.
