GREENFIELD — Jazz up the holidays at 7 p.m. Monday with music from the Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra’s saxophone quartet at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road. Neil Broker, Faith Montieth, Cecily Terhune and Mary Bowman will play seasonal favorites on a full range of soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones. This free program is open to the public. GREENFIELD — Pre-sale tickets for the Christmastide Celebration at 7 p.m. December 15 at Trinity Park United Methodist Church, 207 W. Park Ave., are available now for $5 at Cynthia’s Hallmark, 1584 N. State St., Hometown Comics, 1506 N. State St., or from any Brandywine Wind band member. Tickets will be $6 at the door for this event that features the talents of the Brandywine Wind, Wilkerson Dance, Pam and Joey Johnson, Ted Jacobs and Anita Workman.

GREENFIELD — Greenfield Main Street offers horse-drawn carriage rides from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday departing from the back of the Riley Boyhood Home at 250 W. Main St. and traversing downtown Greenfield before returning to the Riley Home, where visitors can purchase cookies, hot cocoa and other goodies from ’Lizabuth Ann’s Kitchen. Tickets for the carriage rides are $10 per person and can be purchased online at greenfieldmainstreet.org. Carriages, depending on the size, can seat two to six people.

GREENFIELD — For more holiday fun, Greenfield Main Street presents the Christmas movie classic “It’s a Wonderful Life” at 1 and 7 p.m. Wednesday at the H. J. Ricks Centre for the Arts, 122 W. Main St. Attendees are invited to come early to enjoy a holiday singalong before the movie. Tickets can be purchased at greenfield mainstreet.org or at the door for $5.
