HANCOCK COUNTY — The Blue River Guys and Gals 4-H club recently conducted its first meeting. At that meeting, officers were elected including co-presidents Olivia and Lauren Dickson.
The vice president is Taylor Baugh, secretary is Delanie Melton and treasurer is Devin Brown. The recreation leader is Andy Locker, and the health and safety officer is Griffin Brown. The music leaders are Jaysa Melton and Katie-Mae Holmes.
At the first meeting, the group discussed community service and fundraiser ideas. The group’s first fundraiser will be a bake sale at Walmart on May 9.
The group’s next meeting with be at 1 p.m. Sunday.
