Shay Beatson, 42, of New Palestine, beloved daughter, sister and aunt went to be with her heavenly father on Feb. 25, 2015.
Her nieces and nephews, Emily, Olivia, Nicholas, Jacob, Zachary, Abigail, Owen and Beth adored their Aunt Shay.
Shay had a feisty spirit, never said no to the opportunity to play a board game and loved the color, purple.
Shay’s family will be eternally grateful to the staff at her group home for the loving care they provided her.
Shay is survived by her mother, Betty (Jim) Beall; father Dave (Sharon) Beatson; brother Larry (Theresa) Patterson; sister Natalie Pence; stepbrothers Ryan (Sarah) Harvey, Kevin (Becky) Harvey; stepsisters Lisa (Dale) Astrop, Brenda (Bernie) House and several cousins.
Friends may call from 12-2 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2015, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A Celebration of Life service will follow visitation, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
