The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Jan. 29

Stanley R. Ewing pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $368.

Feb. 4

Joseph Pfaff pleaded guilty to two counts of theft, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 180 days executed and 365 suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to Huck’s and Speedway in Fortville to be determined. Fine and cost: $168.

Patrick A. Doom pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 730 days in jail with 180 days executed and 550 days suspended; 550 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to victim to be determined; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw, $280.50; driver’s license suspended 365 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Feb. 5

Jacob L. Gibson pleaded guilty to theft, a felony; sentenced to 730 days in jail with 730 days suspended; 730 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; money management class. Fine and cost: $568.

Toya T. Graham pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 31 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Dawn V. Rains pleaded guilty to criminal trespass; sentenced to 52 days in jail with 52 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.

John E. Petty pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 60 days. Fine and cost: $768.
