Nicholas L. Scurlock, age 17, of Greenfield, died on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011. Born on Nov. 17, 1994, in Paducah, Ky., he was the son of Stephanie (Scurlock) Meadows and Scott Meadows.
Surviving him are his parents, Stephanie and Scott Meadows of Greenfield; brothers, Patrick and Zak Meadows of Greenfield; and grandparents, Kenny (Benita) Meadows, Suzanne (Ed) Rottgering, and Jean (Roger) Mathis, all of Paducah, Ky.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Park Chapel Christian Church in Greenfield. Visitation will take place from 5 p.m. until the time of the service.
