Halford G. “Doug” Presser, age 73, of Fortville, died on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born on May 5, 1938, in Noblesville, to the late Charlie and Monte Lena Presser.
He is survived by his sons, Rick (Cindi) Presser of Fortville, and Kevin Presser of Anderson; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Donny (Carla) Presser of Calif.
Doug was preceded in passing by his brother, Bill Presser; and sisters, Sisty Abel, and Patty Burns.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
