Nancy Marie Polk, 87, Cumberland, Ind. died April 26, 2011. She was born April 7, 1924 to Joseph Segretto and Josephine Mascari Segretto.
Her husband was Kenneth Alvin Polk.
Survivors include son, Kenneth Joseph Polk (Jamie); sisters, Providence Beasley, Mary Francis Volk; grandchildren, Kyle Polk, Brittany Polk, and great-grandchild, Kaiden Polk.
There will be a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Hendryx Mortuary, Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington Street, with visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
