Carol S. Ferson, age 63, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2010. Born on Dec. 18, 1946, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Harry L. and Stella M. (Przekwas) Ferson.
Carol graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Indianapolis in 1964 and attended Indiana Business College. She was the co-owner of the Alig and Associates, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Agency in Indianapolis. Carol was a lifetime member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Greenfield.
Surviving her are her brothers, Harry L. Ferson of Greenfield, David J. Ferson of Greenfield, and Robert J. Ferson of Greenwood; sister, Jeanne (Charlie) Phillips of Greenfield; and friend and caregiver, Kay Hunt of Greenfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Eugene Ferson.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, St. Michael's Catholic Church in Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Father Severin Messick and Deacon Wayne Davis will officiate the service.
