Lowell Richard Brunson, 83, of Anderson, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010, at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born Feb. 12, 1927, in Wilkinson, to the late Robert E. and Edna (Estell) Brunson.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara Ann (David) Stohler of Anderson, Carolyn Sue (Marshall) Needler of Woodbridge, Va.; sons, Charles E. Brunson, and Robert R. Brunson of Anderson; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his sons; Richard Lee Brunson and Doyle Steven Brunson; brother, Marvin Brunson; former wife, Pearlie Lorine Vanderhoof, and two great-grandchildren.
A military graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010, at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown, with Pastor Jim Boicourt officiating.
