VAN VOORHIS, Pennsylvania — Authorities have released the names of three people killed after a car struck a tractor-trailer on a western Pennsylvania interstate and caught fire.

Officials in Washington County said the crash happened on Interstate 70 in Fallowfield Township shortly after 9:30 p.m. Friday.

Coroner Tim Warco said the car was heading west at high speed and hit the rear of the westbound truck, then struck the median barrier and caught fire.

Warco said 57-year-old Frank Kramer, 52-year-old Kristy Kramer and 22-year-old Taylor Kramer were pronounced dead at the scene.

He said a ruling on the cause and manner of the deaths is pending autopsies and further investigation.
