North Dakota Development Fund raises fund limits to from $300K to $1 million for companies

BISMARCK, North Dakota — A fund designed to help North Dakota businesses access capital is allowing a bigger credit line for companies.

The fund was created in 1991 within the North Dakota Department of Commerce. The agency says the funding limits have been increased from $300,000 to $1 million.

The agency says since the fund was started, $103 million has been invested in 555 companies.

The agency says more than $33 million has been invested in rural communities.
