PHILADELPHIA — Authorities say gunfire around Philadelphia killed three people and wounded another on Saturday.
Police a 25-year-old man was found in a north Philadelphia lot shortly after 4:30 p.m. Saturday and died three hours later.
A 27-year-old man shot in northeast Philadelphia died at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, about the same time another man was critically wounded when he was shot in the back of the head in west Philadelphia.
At about 10 p.m. Saturday, a man kicked open the front door of a west Philadelphia residence and killed a 41-year-old man. The shooter struggled with a witness on the porch, dropping his firearm and cellphone before fleeing.
Police said a suspect was arrested in the Thanksgiving Day slaying of 21-year-old Ryan Kelly in the Port Richmond section of northeast Philadelphia.
