NEW YORK — Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (SIRI) on Tuesday reported first-quarter net income of $105.7 million.
On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had net income of 2 cents.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 3 cents per share.
The satellite radio company posted revenue of $1.08 billion in the period, which met Street forecasts.
The company's shares closed at $3.95. A year ago, they were trading at $3.12.
