PITTSBURGH — A Chicago man is dead after a shooting in Pittsburgh, and police were working to determine whether that incident was connected to another shooting in which three men were wounded.
The dead man is 40-year-old Taimiel Watson.
Police found him shot in the face in a crashed car about 9 p.m. Saturday in the city's Beltzhoover neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Public safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler says three men in their 30s were shot, two in the thigh, earlier Saturday. They were hospitalized in stable condition. The third man took himself there with gunshot wounds to his arm.
Toler says one shooter ran away.
Police didn't immediately identify or arrest any suspects in either shooting.
