PHILADELPHIA — Seth Rosenbauer rushed for 206 yards on 30 carries with two touchdowns, lifting Brown to a 21-13 victory over Pennsylvania on Saturday.

Each of Rosenbauer's scores pushed the Bears' (4-3, 2-2 Ivy) lead out to 14 points. His 2-yard touchdown at the beginning of the fourth quarter made it 21-7.

Pennsylvania (1-6, 1-3) drove to the Brown 5 on the next series, but Spencer Kulcsar was stopped at the 1 on a pass from Alek Torgersen on fourth-and-goal. A Kulcsar fumble ended the Quakers' next drive.

Torgersen hit Justin Watson for a 22-yard touchdown with 37 seconds left, but Penn couldn't recover the ensuing onside kick.

Brown's Marcus Fuller threw for 177 yards with a 36-yard touchdown to Reiley Higgins to open the scoring in the second quarter.

Torgersen threw for 252 yards on 30-of-47 passing and Kulcsar had 103 yards on 14 receptions for Penn.
