STOCKBRIDGE, Georgia — Authorities say a man was in critical condition after being struck by a train southeast of Atlanta.
Henry County officials say they're investigating what led to the collision, which happened around 4 p.m. Saturday in the Stockbridge area. Authorities say the man was walking on the railroad tracks before he was struck.
Authorities tell WXIA-TV (http://on.11alive.com/1IDiHwF) that the 31-year-old man was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, where he was listed in critical condition. His name wasn't released.
Stockbridge is about 20 miles southeast of Atlanta.
