BINGHAMTON, New York — Opening arguments are planned in the murder trial of a 40-year-old Binghamton man accused of strangling his estranged wife and beating her male friend to death.
Aaron Powell is accused of killing 35-year-old Christina Powell and 24-year-old Mario Masciarelli inside her town of Binghamton home in March 2013.
